Terms of Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the sale by the CCI Tech dba COMP-Connection, lnc. entity named on the invoice or service work order (“CCI Tech”) that will be provided to customer on orders for computer systems, and/or related products and services sold in the United States. By accepting delivery of the computer systems and/or other products or services described on the invoice and/or service work order. Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (I) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH CCI Tech, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL OVERRIDE OR (II) UNLESS OTHER CCI Tech STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO TRANSACTION. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time, in CCI Tech sole discretion.
- Texting Privacy Guidelines - Consent to Receive Text Messages

- 1. Confirming appointments or orders. 2. Providing updates on services or products. 3. Sharing relevant information or promotional offers.
- Opt-Out Opton: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us or by contacting us directly at (408)848-1137. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
- Purpose of Text Communications: We use text messaging only to: 1. Facilitate communication related to our services. 2. Provide timely and relevant updates. 3. Respond to inquiries or support requests.
- Third-Party Texting Services: We will not use your phone number for unrelated marketing purposes without explicit consent. Phone numbers collected with SMS consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
- Data Retention: We retain text message records as required for business, legal, or compliance purposes. These records are stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel.

Other Documents – These terms and conditions may NOT be modified by way of additions or deletions, or supplemented by the use of any other documents. Any attempt to do so will be invalid, unless Customer has entered into a separate written agreement with CCI Tech
Governing Law – THE SALE(S) SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into and performed in all California counties.
Terms of Payment; Order Acceptance; Quotes; Interest – Payment terms are within CCI Tech sole discretion. Unless otherwise agreed, an order acceptance is effective only upon receipt of payment. Purchases will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method. In the event, a credit term is established; invoices are due and payable as outlined on the NET TERMS of the invoice from the date of the invoice. Purchase orders may be invoiced separately and unless an order is accepted by CCI Tech, it is not binding. A quotation given by CCI Tech is valid for at the period on the quotation. Customer is responsible for all past due sums at the highest interest rate allowed by law.
Title – All shipments are F.O.B. point of shipment. Title passes to Customer on shipment from CCI Tech facility. Title to software will remain with the respective licensor(s).
Applicable Law; Not for Resale – Customer agrees to comply with all applicable and regulations of the various state and of the United States. Customer shall not put up for resale products purchased from CCI Tech and will use products for internal use only.
Shipping & Delivery; Taxes – Shipping and handling and/or travel charges will be reflected separately on the invoice and/or service work order. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verifications. Every effort will be made to inform you of anticipated delays, either at the time of taking the phone order or in waiting shortly thereafter. If we are unable to ship within 30 working days of receiving the order, we will notify you immediately in writing and give you the option of canceling your order. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. The standard shipping charge is approximate 5-8% or $25.00 minimum. Unless specified, all orders are shipped UPS or US Post Master. We cannot ship orders outside of the United States. If you have placed your order for a product, which is back ordered by the manufacturer, and you have decided not to wait for delivery, we will be happy to send a refund (normally within 7 working days). Unless Customer provides CCI Tech with tax exemption, Customer is responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the purchase, except for CCI Tech franchise and income taxes.
Model & Price Changes - Manufactures are consistently updating their product lines with improved models and eliminating some models. Should you learn of any new model on the market which is not listed in our price listings, please call us for information. If a price increase occurs, we may be obliged to increase our price. However, we will honor prices when at all possible and contact you in the event of price change to secure your instructions. Finally, please be assured that we will do our best to meet or beat any qualified competitor price on the same unit with proof of advertised price.
Exchanges, Credits or Refunds - All of our products are sold with the manufacturer USA warranty. A copy of the complete warranty is included in the packaging of their product. The warranties mean that the manufacturer will repair or replace any defective part(s), dependent upon the conditions set forth in the warranty. Shipping, handling & insurance costs are NOT REFUNDABLE. All returns require a “Return Authorization Number (RMA)” Please contact our customer service desk at (408) 848-1137 for instructions and procedures. SORRY, no goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition including all packaging materials, inserts and manual, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. ALL SOFTWARE THAT HAS BEEN OPEN IS NON-REFUNDALBLE. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE OR WRITE ANYTHING ON THE ITEM OR THE PACKAGE! If you do, we will unfortunately have to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or tape-on contents or cartons. Upon receipt of your RMA, please ship your parcel back to us FREGHT PREPAID. Due to our error, we will reimburse for your freight charges with cash or freight charges. Brand new, unused and unopened merchandise being returned for credit or exchange may be subject to a 30% restocking charge. No refunds for items returned after 7 Days of CCI Tech invoice date. We reserve the right to reject any return based on condition.
Limitation of Liability - CCI Tech SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, THAT OF WHICH IS BEYOND WHAT IS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HERIN. CCI Tech WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE.
Service & Support - CCI Tech seeks to provide the best customer service and telephone technical support in this industry. Although support staff may not be able to answer every inquiry and solve every problem, they will attempt to handle over the telephone to the best of their ability problems encountered with CCI Tech systems. On-site service request form CCI Tech systems must be specified at time of purchase. Product service and support will be provided only if the purchase price has been fully made and received by CCI Tech
Warranties - APPLICABLE LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE DOCUMENTATION ALONG WITH THE PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THE WARRANTIES IN THIS SECTION AND THAT WHICH IS EFFECTIVE ON THE INVOICE DATE. CCI Tech MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. WARRANTIES WILL BE HONORED UPON FULL PAYMENT OF PUCHASE ITEM(S). ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR APARTICULAR PURPOSE IS EXCLUDED CCI Tech RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THE WARRANTY STATEMENT IN EFFECT ON THE INVOICE DATE. The warranty period for CPUs and memory products are 30 days from date of purchase. CCI Tech reserves the right to make changes to its warranty at any time at its sole discretion. All software products provided are subject to the License Agreement that governs its purchase and use.
